"POST" is used when reloading POSTed data

When you try to reload the results of a form that was submitted via the
HTTP "POST" method, Netscape Navigator POSTs your form data again.  This
behavior differs from that of some other web browsers, which sometimes
reload the results of a "POST" by (incorrectly) doing a "GET" instead.
