FTP'ing with a username/password: "ftp://user:pass@ftp.whatever.com/"

The usual URL format for doing an anonymous ftp from Netscape Navigator
is this:
    ftp://ftp.whatever.com/
If you need to do a non-anonymous ftp (in other words, if you want to
ftp into a specific account on the ftp server), then here is the proper
URL to use with Netscape Navigator:
    ftp://username@ftp.whatever.com/
You will then be prompted for your ftp password.
Alternately, you can put the password directly into the URL:
    ftp://username:password@ftp.whatever.com/
